Appointments

*All forms of payments are accepted excluding personal/business checks.

*In the event that you may need to cancel, we ask for 24 hour notice. Appointments not canceled accordingly, may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50 – 100% of the scheduled service. According to our discretion.

*If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule you otherwise, if less than 15 minutes, we will accommodate you as well as possible. The client following you is entitled to his or her full appointment time. Arriving late for your appointment will minimize your experience and may diminish the quality of your service. We must ensure that the next guest’s scheduled service will not be delayed. We will reschedule only when necessary.

*We at Gresham Giles Salon love children, but we cannot supervise unattended ones. Children that are not being serviced, may not accompany their parent in service areas of the salon due to the fact that safety cannot be guaranteed and the relaxation of the other clients cannot be interrupted.

*The terms promotion refers, but is not limited to coupons, vouchers, discounts, series, rewards, and donations. Only one promotion may be applied per visit. We reserve the right to discontinue, any promotion without notice. Promotions are only in effect when a product, or service is available. No promotion including series may be shared or split.

*We at Gresham Giles Salon reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
